CPA Tax Prep & Correspondence
If you’re on the Small Biz Visionary plan, this service is already provided for you! If you have the Small Biz Manifestor or Initiator plan, we can handle the correspondence with your CPA during tax season so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Profit First Account Setup
For the business owner who prefers to use the Profit First method of accounting, we can set up your accounts through our partnering financial institution, Relay Bank. This will entail a brief overview of your books via a Zoom consultation (30 minutes) + the set up of your accounts. This service is only offered to our clients on a monthly subscription package.
Cash Flow Projections
We offer cash flow forecasting + projections for our Clients on an as needed basis: quarterly (3-months), bi-annually (6-months), or annually (12-months).
Annual 1099 IRS Filing
We can file your 1099s for your contractors each January. Take this one off your plate, too!
1:1 Business Consulting/ Advisory Sessions
The topics we are able to cover in these meetings are vast and are based on over 12 years' experience in helping other small businesses build and improve upon their own methods and infrastructure + our own behind the scenes continuing education courses, trainings & coaching. Common dialogues include Dream Building, Goal Setting, Business Planning & Strategy, Skills Coaching (i.e. Time Management, Leadership, Organization), New Hire Consulting (how & when to hire the right candidate), Tech Stack & Systems Integration, Startups Requirements (licensing + state/federal compliance) plus other inspiring conversations like how to infuse magic and manifestation into your business, personal pain points, work/life balance and more. Our clients often tell us that they prefer to speak with us over their personal therapists!
Bi-monthly or Monthly Contractor Pay
You provide us the hourly rate & the reports from your time-tracking software & we’ll handle the payments for you on the 15th and/or last day of the month. Note: We will not provide this service using Venmo or personal Paypal accounts because it interferes with your 1099 reporting in January. You will have to provide bank permissions.
Quarterly Sales Tax Filing
We’ll analyze the sales tax you collected each quarter and complete the filing and payment on your company's behalf. This will require that we have your bank account payment permissions and that your tax liability is up-to-date in your accounting software.

Take the headache out of writing complicated contracts because we can do it for you!
